John J. Tackach

John J. Tackach is a very experienced trial attorney with more than thirty years of involvement in complex and varied litigation. After graduating from Duke University, Mr. Tackach earned his juris doctor degree at St. John’s University School of Law. He has extensive successful experience in a wide variety of general litigation cases, including complex personal injury matters, commercial litigation and Labor Law claims (such as scaffold accidents). Mr. Tackach is admitted to practice in New York State and in the federal courts of the Northern District and Southern District of New York. He and his family reside in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
